Wedding Cake Flavours

  • Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and a choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve.
  • Lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.
  • Rich chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache buttercream.
  • Coffee sponge with coffee buttercream.
  • Carrot cake with orange buttercream.
  • Rich fruit cake fed with brandy (contains nuts).

My wedding cake sponges are sealed in a layer of white or dark chocolate ganache and iced with rolled fondant. Rich fruit cakes are covered in a layer of marzipan and rolled fondant.

Occasion Cake Flavours

  • Available in the same flavours as for Wedding cakes.
  • Chocolate is also available in a lighter sponge with chocolate buttercream.

Ingredients

I believe in using good quality ingredients and free range eggs to achieve delicious tasting cakes.

Some of my recipes do contain nuts and alcohol but please do not hesitate to discuss this with me if you would like them omitted.
